Botafogo forward Salomon Kalou can be referred to as a graduate after the Ivorian international player bagged a University degree. The 35-year-old is gradually preparing for life at the end of his football career. Salomon Kalouhas secured a degree for himself at an institution in France.


He bagged a Business Administration (BA) degree at the prestigious Lyon business school in Lyon, France. Salomon Kalou was quick to praise his late father after he achieved success in his quest to bag a University degree. He confirmed his status as a graduate some months ago.

Emery wanted Arsenal to sign Zaha

Unai Emery has revealed that he had the preference of signing Wilfried Zaha ahead of Nicolas Pepe when he was the Arsenal manager. The north London side were heavily linked with Zaha’s signature during the 2019 summer transfer window but ultimately, they opted to sign Nicolas Pepe in a club-record deal from Lille.

Pepe has not been consistent in his debut season in the Premier League but he has still impressed in stages and has bagged four goals and six assists from 24 appearances. Speaking to Goal.com, Emery revealed that Zaha was his preferred target to strengthen the squad, given his vast experience playing in the Premier League. Da Silva move to Nantes

Former Manchester United and Middlesbrough defender Fabio da Silva has reportedly paid €50,000 from his own pocket to force through a move to French Ligue 1 side Nantes. It is believed that the English team was not interested to let the player move and that Fabio da Silva was keen to make a move to France.

Although the French team was interested to sign the player there was some friction regarding some payments and Fabio da Silva was so excited to move to France that he offered to make the payment from his own pocket. This gesture has been well received by the French club who said that are delighted by the commitment shown by the player.

Salomon Kalou – A Shining Striker Of Hertha

Salomon Kalou is not only renowned as a footballer but also blessed by millions of people for his Foundation Kalou. He runs the charity center and has been helping people since 2009. There are several charitable activities conducted here and Kalou has also established a kidney dialysis center in Boakye. As far as Hertha is concerned to the star striker, it reminds him of Chelsea. Wilfried Zaha Has No Plans Of Leaving Crystal Palace

Ivory Coast international Wilfried Zaha has reportedly dismissed the ongoing speculation which has linked him with a summer exit from Crystal Palace. The attacker has been the catalyst towards the Eagles’ relegation fight in the backend of the campaign and he has now stressed that he does not see his future elsewhere.

Olivier Giroud has admitted that he took the opportunity to join Chelsea from rivals Arsenal after holding a brief communication with manager Antonio Conte. Salomon Kalou Happy with Point against Bayern Munich

Salomon Kalou claims that his Hertha Berlin team could have done slightly better in the match against Bayern Munich, despite coming away with a 2-2 draw against the defending champions.

Hertha Berlin came into the game on the back of a strong start to the season, but they were not expected to get much out of this match considering that Bayern Munich are extremely strong. Chelsea needs to replace Hazard

Former Chelsea player Salomon Kalou has stated that Chelsea needs to replace Eden Hazard if they want to challenge for trophies next season. He said that Hazard is a world-class player and that it will be difficult for Chelsea to find a like for like replacement for the Belgium international.

He said that not only they will have to replace their best player they will also need to find a new manager after the departure of Sarri.

Salomon Kalou said that it is important that an appointment is made as quickly as possible so that the manager can have enough time to build a team to compete in the Premier League. The former Chelsea player that Chelsea runs the risk of falling behind teams such as Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester United and even Arsenal if they do not invest in new players.

Salomon Kalou said that Lampard is a really good person as a player but he still has to prove himself at the highest level. He said that the Chelsea team is really behind teams such as Liverpool and Manchester City and that they will need more than one transfer window if they want to catch up these teams in terms of development. For him, it is important that a manager is appointed as quickly as possible to help the team progress.

The curious case of Christian Pulisic has dominated the news as the well sought after forward has been relegated to a bit-part role since making his big-money move from Dortmund. The forward was expected to play a big role under Frank Lampard but appears not to convince the Blues Legend of his qualities.

Pulisic is known for his pace, dribbling, and ability to score goals but this has not been shown since making his move this summer. His case is similar to that of Salomon Kalou who played for the club about a decade ago.
